Not included: medications, non-detox and non-mental-health medical treatment, personal items (most guests spend US$50–$75 per month on snacks, drinks and toiletries), and flights to Koh Samui Airport. Guests are asked to have travel or medical insurance in place for any non-detox related medical needs.

Are there any hidden costs?
We don’t have any hidden costs, though there are some costs you should be aware of. We pay for any psychiatric assessments and other behavioural health professional visits. We ask you to pay for anything non-detox or mental-health related, including your medications. We also ask that you have travel or medical insurance in place before you come to us, for any non-detox or psychiatric related problems. We don’t pay for your flights to and from Koh Samui Airport (USM), but we do cover transfers between the airport and Holina. Typically, guests spend between US$50 and $75 per month on personal items such as snacks, sodas, and toiletries.
Why do prices differ between room types?
The clinical programme — medically supervised detox, therapy, and holistic treatments — is identical for every guest, regardless of room. The only variable in price is your accommodation choice, from a shared room through to a private plunge pool villa.
Can Australian citizens pay using superannuation?
