HBOT · NAD+ IV
Clarity · Focus · Emotional support
- Cognitive clarity and mental focus
- Neuroplasticity support during active therapy
Substance use depletes the brain, body, and nervous system. Therapy alone does not fix that. These protocols support the physical side of recovery, available alongside your Holina Rehab programme.
HBOT · NAD+ IV
Clarity · Focus · Emotional support
HBOT · Methylation Support
Energy · Strength · Physical recovery
HBOT · NAD+ IV
Sleep · Regulation · Steadiness
Each session builds on the last. Real cumulative support comes through repetition. That is why these are protocols, not one-off treatments.
First support begins.
Sleep starts to settle.
Clarity begins returning.
The work goes deeper.
Dr. Lilach Shalev oversees the medical side of the process, including protocol review, HBOT supervision, and integration with each client's care.

By week three I stopped bracing for the day. I hadn't realised how much tension I was holding until it started to lift. I slept through the night for the first time in months. Something shifted that I didn't know how to ask for.
Around session fifteen I noticed I was actually present in therapy. Not just answering questions, but actually there. My therapist said something was different before I could name it. The fog had been so normal I forgot it wasn't supposed to be.
I came in convinced I just needed to survive the programme. I didn't expect my body to become part of the healing. But somewhere in those sessions, I started feeling like I was back inside myself. Not performing recovery. Actually in it.
I was exhausted in a way that sleep couldn't fix. After the first few sessions something started to loosen. I can't explain it medically. I just know I started waking up feeling like I had a chance.
The hardest part of recovery wasn't the emotional work. It was that my body refused to cooperate. Every session in that chamber was one less fight with myself. By week four, I stopped feeling like the enemy.
I had done therapy before. I always felt like I was watching myself from a distance. During the protocol, that distance started closing. Thirty sessions later I finally felt like I was actually living in my own life, not just managing it.

Our most recommended protocol for one-month stays. 20 HBOT sessions with full NAD+ support designed to support oxygen availability, nervous system regulation, cellular energy, and better physical conditions for active therapy.
A good starting point for clients in their first one to two weeks of stay.
HBOT sessions with NAD+ IV and methylation support. For clients whose energy feels depleted from substance use, poor sleep or long-term stress.
Subject to medical suitability. Individual results vary.
Best for extended stays or clients continuing beyond the first month.
Flagship support for clients staying more than one month. 30 HBOT sessions, full NAD+ support, and before-and-after blood panels for deeper biological recovery support and tracking.

HBOT, NAD+ IV, and methylation support work together to support the body's recovery environment.
Medical-grade oxygen under pressure. Substance use reduces oxygen availability in the brain. HBOT supports re-oxygenation at a cellular level as part of early physical recovery.
Chronic substance use depletes NAD+, a molecule essential for cellular energy and nervous system function. IV replenishment supports the body's capacity to restore baseline energy during early recovery.
B vitamins, NAC, and Vitamin C help the body tolerate intensive protocols and support the biochemical repair pathways that substance use disrupts over time.
Research and clinical sources available on request.
No. HBOT is not a treatment for addiction and does not replace rehab, therapy, or medical addiction care.
At Holina Clinic, HBOT is supportive biological care. It may help create better physical conditions for clarity, sleep, regulation, energy, and participation in therapy. Subject to medical suitability. Individual responses vary.
No. Holina Clinic's recovery protocols are a separate, optional addition to the Holina Rehab programme. They are available to clients who wish to add physical recovery support to their stay, subject to suitability screening and an additional investment.
HBOT is a well-established supportive therapy used in medical settings around the world. At Holina Clinic, all sessions take place in a medical-grade hard-shell chamber at 2.0 ATA, with licensed physician supervision. Every client completes a suitability screening before beginning. Some medical conditions may make HBOT unsuitable, and Dr. Lilach will advise clearly.
These protocols are available to Holina Rehab clients who are medically suitable and wish to add physical recovery support to their programme. They are designed for adults experiencing fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, nervous system dysregulation, or physical depletion. Medical suitability screening is required.
Yes. All protocols require a suitability screening with Dr. Lilach Shalev before beginning. This is a non-negotiable clinical step. Screening is straightforward and typically completed in one session.
Ideally, ask the team as early as possible. These protocols work through repetition, so starting earlier in your stay gives more time for sessions to build. The team can help check timing, suitability, and available HBOT slots.
If you are unsure, the Deep Reset (20 sessions and Full NAD+ Protocol) is the programme most often recommended by our medical team for clients staying around one month. For a lighter starting point, the Essential may be more suitable. Ask the Holina Team directly and they can help you understand which protocol makes most sense for your situation.
HBOT and NAD+ IV therapy are designed to work on complementary pathways. HBOT supports oxygen delivery and tissue repair. NAD+ is designed to support cellular energy production and nervous system function. Together, they may address both the physical and cellular dimensions of recovery support. Individual results vary.
Yes. You can begin with the Essential package and extend your protocol during your stay, subject to scheduling availability and medical approval. We recommend discussing your full timeline with the team before beginning so your protocol can be planned properly.
No. These protocols do not replace therapy or rehab.
They are supportive biological care designed to help the body and nervous system become more available for the deeper emotional and psychological work.
Ask the Holina team. We will help you understand what makes sense based on your recovery stage, your energy level, your stay length, and medical suitability.
Chamber slots during your stay are limited. The earlier you start, the more sessions fit within your programme.
