Holina Rehab is a licensed residential addiction treatment center on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. The people who work here do more than a job — they help others rebuild their lives. If that’s the kind of work you’re drawn to, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re a beachfront community on Koh Phangan, treating substance addiction and the trauma that so often sits beneath it — together, not separately. Our residents come to us for 30, 60 and 90-day programs, and our work follows them from their first days of care through secondary care, sober living and aftercare.
Our approach blends evidence-based therapy, the 12-Step model and holistic healing. It’s hands-on, relational work, carried out by a genuinely multidisciplinary team — counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, nurses and doctors, many of whom bring their own lived experience of recovery to the way they care for others.
There’s no single background that makes someone right for Holina. What our team shares is far simpler.
You treat the people in your care — and the colleagues beside you — with patience, honesty and respect. Recovery is slow, human work, and it shows in how you turn up each day.
Whether you’re a therapist, a nurse, a counsellor or work behind the scenes, you take real pride in doing your part well and keeping learning.
Living and working on a Thai island supporting people through addiction and trauma isn’t for everyone. For the right person, it’s the most meaningful work there is.
Being honest with you: we aren’t advertising any particular roles at this moment. But great people are rare, and we’d always rather meet you early than miss you.
If you can see yourself as part of the Holina team — now or somewhere down the line — send us a general application below. We read every one, and we hold onto the ones that stand out for when the right role opens up.
Tell us a little about yourself and the kind of role you’re interested in, and attach your CV. We’ll be in touch if there’s a fit.
